PARIS, Oct. 25 — French President Francois Hollande is to meet with heads of major international economic organizations on Monday at the OECD headquarters in Paris, to share views on global and regional economic issues.

Hollande will meet on Monday morning with Secretary General of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Angel Gurria, World Bank President Jim Yong Kim, International Monetary Fund Managing Director Christine Lagarde, World Trade Organization Director-General Pascal Lamy, and International Labour Organisation Director-General Guy Ryder.

The high-level meetings came as eurozone states have plunged into debt crisis for three years and are eager to seek solutions to tackle the economic crisis.

During the meetings, the French leader and other participants will share views on the global economic outlook as well as the European and French economies, focusing on the policies needed to return to growth and promote employment, improve competitiveness, and address trade and development challenges, the OECD said in a statement on Thursday.
